TANK INSURANCE

Replacement of leaking oil tank renewable annually every June 15th.

Covered: Tanks that have been inspected and approved for the program and are located in basement, garage or outside. Homeowner agrees to remove any obstructions and provide clear access for removal and installation.

Includes: Pumping oil from leaking tank. Disconnection of old tank. Removal of old tank from property. Proper disposal according to Massachusetts State Fire Marshall regulations. Installation of new tank up to 330-gallon capacity including parts, labor, legs, fill, vent, vent alarm and gauge. Refill new tank to previous oil fill level.

Not coverage: Underground or inaccessible tanks, tanks over 330-gallon, environmental damage caused by a tank leak.

ANNUAL MAINTAINENCE AGREEMENT / TUNE-UP

17 Point Inspection, Parts Replacement & Efficiency Reading

Adjust draft stabilizer and test controls; change oil filter cartridge, air filters; check and flush low water cut-off; drain & recushion expansion tank; clean gauge glass, pump strainers, smoke pipe, electrodes, burner fan, heat exchanger, combustion chamber; inspect oil lines, lubricate burner, blower, circulation motors; seal air leaks; set proper firing rate, replace nozzle. Test and record Annual Efficiency Rating.
